Hello
I installed Update Rollup 7 for CRM 4.0 and then I receive te follow error:
The Microsoft CRM Outlook add-in was not initialized because Microsoft
Outlook was started under a profile for which Microsoft CRM was not
installed. Restart Microsoft Outlook under an appropriate profile, or
install Microsoft CRM for the current profile.
1. there is only one profile in outlook.
2. previusly Outlook loads the crm plugin fine.
3 I remove CRM client for Outlook, reinstalled them an works fine, but if I
insatll Rolup 7 the error reapears.
can anyone tell me how to resolve this usue?
