I am having an issue with the email router for enterprise. I have CRM and
the email router on the same machine and connected to our exchange server. I
have one organization setup properly and the emails are working fine, both
incoming and outgoing, however when I added a new deployment to the 2nd
organization and pointed it to the same incoming and outgoing as my default
organization and then I just changed the url to the new organization name, it
will load all the users but when I click on test it will either sit there and
wait forever or it will say that the url is not correct. That doesnt make
any sense because if I change the url it will not load the users so I am
pretty sure it is correct. Do i need to setup different incoming and
outgoing for each deployment for multiple organizations? Is there something
extra that I have to do for multiple organizations for the email router? I
have it using local system account and that users is setup in both
organizations. Please help! Thanks!

Hi J,
Recommend you use a (common across all orgs) crm-sys-admin account to
run the service under rather than local system.
Discovery service orgname will be case-sensitive. Check authorisation
credentials on Exchange/SMTP/POP3 profiles - you may want to use
different profiles for each org. You can change the logging level from
1 to 4 in the config file to see more events. I believe you can also
turn on tracing to pinpoint the issue.
