Hi,
We have to stop the production of CRM for a few days and I wondered what
impact it can have on the Outlook client. Should we have to do something on
each user's computer (or server) before stopping so that Outlook does not
"blocked" at the opening without CRM? In advance, thank you for your help.

You could apply rollup 7. This runs the CRM connection in the
background to Outlook so the user doesn't have to wait before using
Outlook-proper.
