Hi,

When a campaign is distributed, the emails aren't sent out instead I see the
following message in the "failure" tab.

I had also included "Sales Literature" in the campaign and ensured that the
contacts can be contacted by Email and accept marketing material. All the
contacts are "decision makers". I also ensured that all "Planned Tasks" are
completed before distributing the campaign etc. However, I'm still not able
to resolve the email message distribution failure - "Campaign-Contact has
Refused Communication of this type 0x80040325"

If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be great.

Forgot to mention: We are using CRM 4.0 at present with Update Rollup 9.
