Hi

I would like to know , how we can send an email notification to the CRM
administrator, when a user is disabled.
is there a way we can write a plugin for this kind of event? I checked with
workflow somehow it is not possible with that.

Thanks in Advance

We configured a workflow that notifies our CRM Administrator and IT System
Administrator when a new user is created in CRM.

I don't understand why it's not possible for you to configure a similar
workflow that is triggered when a user's status changes.

What problem did you encounter?

Hi Neil,

It's odd, but the workflow does not make the status change for the user entity
available. not sure why, but it's greyed out. You're correct that w/f will
let you trap the create user event, but the change status is greyed out.
