Folks

We have new workstations with Office 2010, when trying to install the CRM
client, it fails as it says that there is no compatiable Outlook client
installed - because can not detect Outlook 2010 - any suggestions?

Problem is that if your workstation is x64, Office 2010 is now x64, but Cm
client is x86.
Certainly some large futur rollup or...upgrade to Crm5 when available.

You will need to uninstall the x64 version of Office 2010 and install the
32bit version of 2010, you may need the media but it is not hard to find.
You should then be able to install the CRM 4 for outlook client.

You should have your server updated with all the CRM 4 roll-ups, I'm pretty
sure it is RU9, rollups have some helpful things for Office 2007-2010.
Client RU too.

Postings on the forums suggests CRM 3 is compatible with Office 2010
but I imagine only the 32 bit version.
