We have a Vertical Communications Wave IP500 Windows 2003 based phone system.
We would like to enable the CTI/TAPI integration into Microsoft CRM 4.0 as
per the below requirements. Is there anyone we can speak with or available
manuals and other info that might be helpful?

We want to accomplish the following:

INBOUND CALLS
1- CRM contact/case screen pop based on caller ID or account number for
incoming calls
2- automatic call logged (time stamped) in CRM based on the screen pop
3- And/or the CRM phone record screen will open automatically to create notes

OUTBOUND CALLS
1- dial from contact in CRM by clicking on the phone number
2- automatic call logged (time stamped) in CRM
3- And/or the CRM phone record screen will open automatically to create notes

A couple of things that may be useful. Firstly, CyTrack connect to
quite a few phone systems so it may do the trick. The other is the new
CCA (Customer Care Accelerator) has dev tools for TAPI apparently.
