We have seen some strange behaviour in CRM, we are trying this from a
solution running rollup 9.
When you create a phonecall as CRM activity from Outlook and choose "Save as
completed" the phonecall is completed in CRM but when we sync with Outlook
the task created is active ???
This must be a bug or is there any really good explanation on this behaviour ?
