Hi

We have seen some strange behaviour in CRM, we are trying this from a
solution running rollup 9.

When you create a phonecall as CRM activity from Outlook and choose "Save as
completed" the phonecall is completed in CRM but when we sync with Outlook
the task created is active ???

This must be a bug or is there any really good explanation on this behaviour ?

I also saw this problem, and have managed to drill it down so that it can be
replicated:

Essentially, if a phone call is created in CRM and completed before a sync
takes place with outlook AND it has a specified due date, then this error
will occur.

Has anyone opened a ticket with microsoft regarding this problem?

If this is the case something that might trick it into working would
be to create an on demand workflow to reset the activity back to open
and then re-close it.
