Mail merge foes not create activities in crm 4

I create labels via mail merge for 10 contacts
i print the labels and select to create closed activities.
in crm, it creates the letter activity only for the last contact in the Word
document.

what can i do?

I tried to do this for 3 contacts and only the last contact has created the
activity in CRM

please help

Or explain me how to find advance support if you are not able.
