Customer Relationship entity lookupsingle modification

Hi,

I need to handle the Lookup that is being used in Customer Relationship
entity.
It is a lookupSingle which has Accounts and Contacts in "Look for".
I need to remove Accounts and add users in the "Look for" option.
Where can i modify the URL to pass parameters to the lookupsingle.aspx?

Why don't you just create a new custom N:N relationship between users
and accounts, and use the native functionality in CRM to enables users
to select multiple users for each account? (I'd actually create a new
entity that is the intersection table between users and accounts, and
set up to 1:N relationships to that new entity... That way, you could
for example add a 'userAccountRelationshipType' field, which could be
a picklist of the various types of relationships you are trying to
track...)
