4.0 customization help

When creating a new activity > phone call and I click on the Recipient
lookup, I get an Account lookup screen and it only returns account
names and i want it to return more, like account name and Address
1:City. I am not sure of the name of this view, but I can't seem to
find it by trial and error. Anybody point me in the general
direction?

Hi Chris,

There is no supported way to add more columns/change the view of the multi-record
lookup dialog. Unfortunately it only shows you the primary display value
for the record you are looking up.
