Hello All,
We are using the email router for a client, but we noticed that the icon
next each to each email that gives them the visual clue that the email is
tracked and associated is not showing up.
We looked at the contact record in CRM and the email shows up correctly, but
sometimes emails are not attached and the client can't easly see what has
been attached and not attached.
About the only visual clue is the [CRM: Regarding: contact], but they want
to get the icon back if possible.
