Trying to run lists of accounts, export to Excel as a static
worksheet. For example. . all accounts that begin with "A". . . Gets
to about 5 bars, and it quits or times out. Just stops. . ."Back to
Query" is available though.
Thoughts? Sounds like a job for the IT bunch? Tried clearing the
cache.

Could it be your IE is blocking pop ups?

Just a few questions:

1. Do you have any issues running a report with the same user account?
2. Is the active directory account name the same as the domain name in the
system user record for this user? Has the ad record been changed recently?
3. Is Active X enabled on the client machine where you're doing this?
4. Are you (this user) able to go to a different machine and perform this
operation?

The first two questions lead to how the new architecture for CRM 4.0
reporting works with the data connector and how exporting to excel can be
affected.
