Accounts without Contacts

I've an issue where we want to pull all the accounts that have no
contacts associated with them. Currently, we use advanced find, to
find all the contacts and associated accounts and then we filter it
against all accounts to get a list of accounts without any contacts.
Is there a way to get this out without writing a custom report in CRM?

You could do it with a marketing list. Add all accounts and then
remove those with contacts. If this doesn't suit, for future accounts,
have a tickbox on the account and have a workflow populate it when a
contact is added.
