We've upgraded CRM 3.0 to 4.0 and noticed that workflowbase table grew very big for only 4 workflow rules with 20 steps all together: 1.3G.
We back up database every day and space is an issue. Is there any safe way to shrink this table? Thanks a lot.

There is a hotfix avaiable that is incorporated in latest Rollups, so wise
think to do would be to upgrage to latest rollup.

Then enable/check the registry entries Mercure postesd.

This link will provide T-SQL script which you should run in order to clean
up the table. Enabling the link will prevent new rows to appear.
