We have this problem long time ago and we are desperate.
Problem description:
The CRM 4.0 can't go Offline, the error text is "A SQL Server error
occurred. Try this action again .If the problem
continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions...".
Seems that the ticket ID between the Server and Client is lost. If we run
the Diagnostic Tool and fix the Synchronization, it work again but the next
day we have the same issue.
I have found this Hotfix
http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb%3Ben-us%3B951301&x=7&y=15.
Unfortunately it didn't work for me.
I don't know if is important but every night we load records in the crm
database with Scribe.
Server Info:
Windows 2003 Server R2 64 Bits
Cliente Info:
Windows XP 32 bits (Now i can't remember if is a Professional or Home version)
The text of the Diagnostic Tool Report is:
<DiagnosticCheck>
<Type>Microsoft.Crm.Outlook.Diagnostics.OfflineSyncSubscriptionDiagnosticCheck</Type>
sincronizar algunas suscripciones. La nueva sincronización puede tardar mucho
tiempo en completarse. at
Microsoft.Crm.Outlook.Diagnostics.OfflineSyncSubscriptionDiagnosticCheck.Execute(BackgroundWorker
backgroundWorker) at
Microsoft.Crm.Outlook.Diagnostics.DiagnosticCheck.DeepExecute(BackgroundWorker backgroundWorker)</Details>
</DiagnosticCheck>
- <DiagnosticCheck>
<Type>Microsoft.Crm.Outlook.Diagnostics.OutlookRecordSynchingDiagnosticCheck</Type>
<Title>Comprobación de la sincronización reciente con Outlook.</Title>
<Status>Passed</Status>
</DiagnosticCheck>
</DiagnosticCheck>
- <DiagnosticCheck>
The spanish text say: "Is possible that the suscription of the
synchronization without conection is damaged. To fix this problem, is
possible that Microsoft Dynamics CRM need to synchronize again many
suscriptions. The new synchronization can take many time to finish"
Please help,
Thanks.
