Problems creating customizations

Hi group,
I have a CRM 4.0 Enterprise UR 11 over Win 2008 SP2 & SQL 2008 SP1
I have many organizations, but in one of them I receive this error when I
want create/modify entities:

hresult=Not%20available&errMessage= 5555 - 192.168.16.30
Mozilla/4.0+(compatible;+MSIE+6.0;+Windows+NT+5.1;+SV1;+InfoPath.2;+.NET+CLR+2.0.50727;+.NET+CLR+3.0.04506.30)
401 2 5 62

This error I found on IIS log because I can´t see any other info on CRM
traces files.

Any help?

Please log on to CRM Application Server and see the Application Log in the
event viewer. You will definately see much more information releated to this
error. Please copy / paste the error, let me see if i can help you out.
