I have been using CRM V3 Contract Management since May 2006. I add a new
contract and "invoice" it, when it then reaches the start date the status
changes to "Active".... until now
I entered 3 new contracts in Dec which started on the 1st Jan but the status
still has not changed to Active and therefore cases cannot be logged against
the contracts.
The only thing I've been able to find is that in v1.2 maintenance scripts
were used to update the status. Is this still the case in V3? Any ideas
what has gone wrong
