Hi Guys

When inputting product prices it currently only allows up to 2 decimal
places. How can this be changed so product prices can be inserted with up to
4 decimal places.

Cheers

Go to Settings/System Settings/Organization Settings. In the settings dialog
you can change the number of decimal places.

When changing the precision, you get a warning in the dialog that you have
to reset IIS in order for the new setting to be effective. If you haven't
done so, restart the www service on your CRM server and see if it works
afterwards.

The precision has been changed to 4 and an iis reset has been done. Now when
the product is inserted in product catalogue you can enter up to 4 decimal
places fine. The problem is when the product is inserted into an opportunity,
the price in the opportunity is rounded up to 2 decimal places. Is their a
settings to use 4 decimal places when the product is inserted into OPP?

If someone stop by this thread : My issue was that even if the CRM settings was to show the price with 2 decimals, the price would show up with 4 decimals for the sales persons.
Give rights on the currency in the role in order to fix this.
