Excel report

Hi all.
In my CRM 3.0 I have a couple of excel report about opportunities and only
some users have to use them.
All the other reports are created using filtered views so I don't worry
about permissions.
And what about permissions on excel report? Is the excel report based on
rules like filtered views?

If they've been created through the export facility and they're
dynamic exports then yes they also obey security.
