Hello,
I have a user that has been running CRM with Outlook 2007 on Windows XP
with no problems. Now we just upgraded his LPT to Windows 7 and his CRM
Outlook Plugin connection is timing out on him. Is there a way to change the
time out setting so it will stay logged in? His Outlook does not have the
problem only his CRM.

Have you changed to windows 64-bit and office 64-bit as part of the
upgrade? If so this could be causing grief.
