Hi
My clients have Lotus Notes as their email client.
When they receive CRM appointments it gets added to their calendar automatically even before they accept it. This doesn't happen with other appointments that they receive from other applications. So it is not a problem
with their Lotus Notes settings.
Happens only in case of CRM appointments.
Any help will be deeply appreciated.
